Pros

Aisera has a strong product and also future roadmap. The value proposition is strong and it's an up and coming market.

Cons

Good talent continues to disappear. 2 Strong Leaders in the West resigned under 6 months. VP of Sales who was highly liked and respected also left. East Leader with excellent pedigree leaves in a short period of time. Public Segment Leader lasted 2 months. Head of Sales Engineering and Head of Marketing also gone. Why ... its because the environment is toxic. It's the environment that both the CEO and CRO come from, believe in and push down to the field. Make sure you do your due diligence. Talk to both current and former employees. There are too many good companies out there with bleeding edge technology and an excellent executive management team to work for instead of going to Aisera to take a beating and be treated like a doormat.

Pros

Interviews provided clear transparency into what the working environment and culture are like. Fast paced, super high growth company comes with constant change, shifting priorities and high expectations. Collaborative teams who are willing to help one another succeed. Idea sharing and helping one another is at the forefront of the company culture. Exciting opportunity to lead from the front as AI and Machine Learning are increasingly adopted.

Cons

As with many high growth start ups, challenges exist around identifying best practices and optimizing processes. This is a pro or a con depending on how you look at it. Opportunities for trail blazers to make a name for themselves.

Pros

Aisera has a great product. Although it's a very competitive market the product is well established.

Cons

Attrition is a reflection of management. They have had excellent talent come and go (generally people bail within 6 months). CRO and CEO could care less and have very little respect for their employees. CRO treats everyone like second graders and CEO does not want to pay anyone (i.e - house accounts, changing comp percentages). No one has your back and if you are looking at a job -- just look at LinkedIn -- see the number of individuals that have come and gone.
