      Pros

      I get to wear an architect, software engineer, product manager and dev ops hat every day while building and releasing features. It's a fun and fast paced environment where there is true agile culture to plan and deliver fast, with quality and on time. Getting to work with really smart and motivated engineers leveraging state of the art to solve and build for the future.

      Cons

      Should slow down a bit to solidify an already impressive feature set.

      Quality of life is amazing Great Leadership Thriving Start-Up Environment Leadership is incredibly intelligent and passionate Everyone helps each other - "one team one dream" Great career path Love this place.

      Can't say there are too much Cons. Its a start-up environment so there are some growing challenges here or there, but just little things.
