      Pros

      Nothing, company has a lot of issues but starts with an extremely toxic culture coming from leadership.

      Cons

      Everything, leadership is the worst I've seen in 20 years. Product doesn't work, basically a sinking ship. I would highly encourage anyone looking at Aisera to run and don't look back.
