      Pros

      Everything is moving the right direction. The company is growing and it has brought in strong leadership to move the right direction. The product is strong. The teams are strong and want to solve real problems.

      Cons

      Communication tends to be low and people are more unresponsive here than I've seen at most places. There are some lingering issues from old management that is not customer first that need to be rooted out of the company. Its less and less common but still needs squashed entirely. Deal cycles tend to be very very long on the sales side.

      Pros

      Being a startup, there is always something to contribute to and learn from. I've been given many opportunities over the past 2 years to contribute to functions outside my role and have grown as a marketer as a result.

      Cons

      Not for those that want defined proven processes to follow. If something needs to be done - plan, pitch, execute and optimize it! The initiative has to be taken and will not be handed to you.
