Pros

Maybe there were a lot negative reviews in that past, but my recommendations are: Ignore all those negative reviews recently, they are not true. - In Aisera, if you are capable, if you are ambitious, if you want to do meaningful things, then come - In Aisera, almost all the top leaderships have changed, now, it is a new young company, in the hottest field - Also, it has won the top rating for Gen AI! - New leaderships have brought here new ideas, new leadership solutions, and of course, care of employees - Of couse, if you just want to relax, if you just want to lay down, doing nothing, then do not come, as there is no room for you here at all. Just ask yourself this question: Are you still seeing any companies in Bay Area that is hiring people in Bay Area like crazy as Aisera?

Pros

If you are interested in politics or soap opera drama this is a great opportunity. You will learn everything about deflecting blame onto others, finding silos to hide in and using bad metrics to score performance. There might be some bright spots in the sales and sales engineering teams. Also there are some engineers especially on the core engineering and customer engineering sides that are really good and very responsible.

Cons

The interim CEO, I believe, has good intentions. But he's surrounded by goons hired by the previous CEO who don't have the best intentions. Either they are incompetent or just trying to throw a wrench in the gears, the middle management is doing everything in their power to destroy this company. They have serious competition now, and their competitors are getting really good in the AI chatbot field. Very high customer churn, employees that are left are very junior, especially in the engineering and customer side. They've hired a lot of folks on H1B visas who are too afraid to speak up about issues they see. In the last few weeks/ months I don't think I met a single person who wasn't burned out and seriously looking for another job.
