Pros

Rarely do you get the opportunity to work at a cutting edge technology company. Aisera is a start-up and you get the sense you're "at the right place at the right time". Plus the senior leadership team is unbelievable - the entire C-suite is super talented and highly qualified. The culture is fast and hard-charging - because we're a startup in Silicon Valley - and the work is incredibly rewarding. The results of this hard work are visible in the stellar customer logos that the company has signed up as customers.

Cons

The hours can be long - but again, that's to be expected in a start-up.
