This is the most toxic, overbearing, demeaning leadership out there. If you're in product or engineering, be prepared for endless 12 hour days, perpetual "war room" Zoom meetings that people are expected to log into, and an abusive CEO. If you're in sales, get ready for that CEO to insult your clients, cut them off, talk over everyone, and bully through cycles until they A.) buy in a closed-call with the CEO which you won't get commission on, or B.) they cut bait and go find another vendor who actually respects everyone. Do not believe the 5-star reviews. They're coerced from new employees. The 1-stars are where it's at.
