Pros

-The industry is booming and the technology is best in class -Impressive Leadership Team w/ a clear vision and relentless pursuit of success -Funded by some of the top VC firms (Goldman Sachs, Zoom Ventures, Norwest) -Everyone is invested in your success and is always available to help -Equity is included in every compensation plan

Cons

-It's a startup so processes, etc. aren't always perfect. That being said, there is a concerted effort to constantly improve. -As a successful start-up with tremendous growth rates, expectations are high. Tremendous opportunity for those willing to put in the effort though.

- Remote work is a huge plus, freedom to live anywhere - Managers are very understanding and motivating - Expectations are clear and achievable for SDRs - Leadership is always looking for ways to improve

- Not for shy people or slow learners, it is fast-paced sales environment - It is a competition, so you will need to be used to some pressure

Pros

People are constantly working together to help out with deals even if they aren't their own. It's a really big team that works hard together because we all want the company to do well and prosper. Upper management is very involved but not in an overbearing way which is nice. Over my time here, I've watched a lot of internal growth and a lot of opportunity for people to grow within the company if you work hard.
