* Culture and values of Openness, Courage and Ownership are not lip-service at this company as these values are encourage, supported and individually recognized. * 100% Remote Available * Career Growth Opportunities * Job tasks are always changing as you have the opportunity to work with many areas of the business

Cons

Work life balance can be tricky as it is your responsibility to push back. However, this should be expected as Aiven is still in hyper growth mode so it isn't exactly a con.

Pros

People are excited and enthusiastic, and we're growing fast. We have product/market fit, and it's a product that our customers want to use. Benefits are good, and work-life balance is genuinely important to leadership. Clearly building towards being a truly global company.

Cons

We're growing fast and that comes with growing pains; nothing extraordinary though. Our founders sometimes default to thinking about tactics when they should be thinking about strategy.
