Pros

People trust each other and take ownership of their work. A global team with diverse backgrounds. Flexible and relaxed working culture. The market opportunity is huge, Aiven has all it takes to do very well. The company is European with Finnish roots, which I like. A technical co-founder team who champions for open source.

Cons

Growing pains as every high-growth company has and covid-19 has not made growth and keeping up the culture any easier.
