The junior and mid level employees (associates/managers) work extremely hard, it's the Director level and above that are toxic.

Cons

Leadership in Itasca office has been fudging the ethical and moral lines for food safety, treatment of employees, and more. VP/Director level managers gossip and make threatening remarks to their employees. The communications woman has been known to leak sensitive information and steal work for her personal website while job hunting and fudging experience. The chefs have knowingly served expired food. The turnover rate is through the roof.
