      Pros

      I genuinely enjoy nearly all of the people I work with. At this company there is a shared culture of collaboration and basic kindness which I feel is really essential to having a good work environment. I appreciate that to the best extent I can tell, leadership at all levels is as transparent as possible with their goals and sticks to their values consistently.

      Cons

      As the company has grown very quickly over the last few years, many systems are out of date and slow things down. Certain processes work for a 5,000 person company but NOT a 10,000 person company and need to be refreshed.
