      1. Wellness day every Quarter (vacation day from the workplace) 2. They don't want you to work after 18:00 3. 1200 NIS monthly food allowance 4. Remote first company

      1. They have no growth plan. When talking with HR about the subject they said that employees can apply themselves to other positions within the company. 2. Like many corporates, the company is full of beurocrasy. 3. Your personal growth is done during your free time and with your own resources.
