Pros

Management workng to promote inclusion. People talk to each other honestly. Coaches and managers are helping to promote the exchange of ideas, and get people aligned.

Cons

Waterfall culture still a big part of the organization. Some people embrace that, still. Teams are sometimes stretched to do more than is possible, which may result in frustration and low morale.

Pros

They have a "punch in, punch out" mentality Some remote work flexibility Overall the work isn't that hard Mostly friendly people Uses somewhat modern tools and devices Pay was a little above average CEO is great

Cons

In the Media Division: Senior / Director-level management: - invests $0.00 into your education, training, or any kind of development - invests $0.00 into travel to work with teams around the world...even if you have been with the company for years - they have no concept how to work with teams geo-located - they cannot handle any criticism - they hire their own friends (or people from their home country/ethnicity) instead of promoting within - they do not promote a family friendly balance unless you are specifically located in Boston or SFO (which puts lots of strain and extra work for both those covering for their colleagues and the ones who have families) - annual reviews are a joke - aka non existent Overall there is zero/limited growth if you want to have a career
