HR Policies Adolecent policies on Lateral movements Although the opportunities are plenty, the HR Policies and the mid level management is a huge let down when offering lateral placements within too much of micromanagement and politicking plagues the mid level management with on the face favoritism and downplay of employee stakeholdership in choices of career moves laterally

Pros

Low attrition in the teams that I worked for. So familiar and really smart people to work with. Cutting Edge technology and really cool customers to work with Hybrid role, allowed an individual to almost function like an entrepreneur. The culture.. The best I have come across thus far.

Cons

Salaries may be slightly less than some of the other companies in the market. The company is growing, so they need to find a balance between remaining a start-up and scaling like a big organisation.
