      Great tuition reimbursement and opportunity for lateral career growth

      Cons

      Upper management is poor. They don't recognize their own employees, do not treat all satellite campuses the same, Definitely have their favorites.

      Pros

      Management promotes and supplements continuing education. Great team work with employees and working to improve the health and lives of children keeps it positive on even a tough day. Benefits are competitive with other facilities and at least in Emergency, staff is usually able to help with scheduling conflicts between work and home.

      Cons

      Pay rate is good but not great. Not a huge issue if you are there because you loving working with children.
