Business Outlook
Pros
This is a great place to work. There are a lot of good people who work here and believe in what they are doing to better the lives of children and their families. Pay for office positions is decent, comparable if not better than other companies in the area.
Cons
There is not a lot of room for advancement for mid-level employees, unless you are a nurse or other medical staff. I am working at a skill level above my position without really having anywhere to advance or being compensated for it, which is really not going to keep me motivated long-term.
