      Supportive team, Good work life balance, Leadership was generally approachable, and collaboration across departments was good.

      Cons

      Nothing changes even when providing feedback. Communication around priorities could be inconsistent and most processes could be more streamlined. Career growth depends heavily on the team you're on.

      Great culture with helpful atmosphere and performance bonuses

      Pros

      I really enjoy the friendly and helpful atmosphere. The job culture here is the best I have seen in my career. You are not micromanaged and actually encouraged to work with your clients to achieve their mission. Another pro is performance base bonuses for some departments. Most engineers retire here as its a great place to stay for your entire career. Benefits and PTO are also pretty good here!

      Base pay could be higher but the bonuses do help.
