Management that actually cares. While job can be stressful. Company feels more family orientated

Cons

Does seem we have more Chiefs than Indians at times. Company is fast paced and sometimes the Left hand doesnt know what the Right hand is doing.

They are very flexible with your hours. Starting and Early day no problem. Onboarding HR team did a great job. Potential for good bonus. No Micromanaging. Company does a great job of keeping employees updated with monthly newsletters.

Cons

Insurance Benefits not the best - not horrible but could do better. Self learning of applications via badly produced videos.
