Pros

A rare company that ACTUALLY cares what employees have to say, rather than acting like they want to hear it, but only if you agree with them. Also rare in that mobile work is encouraged and facilitated, rather than frowned upon. Fair with compensation and truly wants employees to be happy with work/life balance.

Cons

Some of the systems and process are antiquated and need revamping.

Great team of people to work with! This company takes care of work/life balance and goes out of their way to show how much they value and appreciate their employees. The management team is outstanding!

Pros

Ability to work from home. Great compensation structure w/ base and quarterly incentives. Plenty of opportunity to grow into new fields with new skill sets. Good health benefits and 401k options. Very friendly and accessible co-workers.

Cons

Some processes are antiquated and could be modernized.
