Pros
Aktion is a terrific company to work for. They do what they say they will do. The customers' needs are paramount, but not at the expense of employee well-being. Good performance is strongly rewarded. Employees are encouraged to learn new skills. The management team has all been on the customer-facing front lines. This creates not only compassion for the customers, but for the team members who are currently in the trenches.
Cons
There are a lot of inconsistencies in standard operating procedures. Despite that, management listens to the feedback from employees and addresses the issues when they are relevant enough to warrant action. No company is perfect. But, Aktion's dedication to continuous improvement and employee input more than makes up for any issues.
