Pros

Well, you have a job....that's a pro I suppose Set schedule m-f Room for advancement with cross training Minimal pay raises 401 K Insurance

Cons

This company is like a people factory....patients in and out...go, go, go and the scheduling department is terrible. Get used to being underappreciated and overworked. Don't expect to advocate for yourself either as upper management and HR is useless when it comes to complaints. Don't expect a Christmas bonus either.
