Worst Experience Ever

All I can say is I'm so glad I'm out of there!

Cons

Wost company experience I've ever had. No training, lack of communication (probably because everybody speaks in Russian) and definitely not a transparent company on the inside. Arguments bursts out in the middle of meetings. It's like walking on eggshells when management is not in a good mood. No work life balance - if work is not done management doesn't want you to leave on time. So many turnovers in the past year!!

We believe we give people a chance to thrive and grow in their position, even if they were not as experienced in that position prior to working with us. With documented training materials, hands on training, and open discussions for you to ask questions, we hope you get enough training needed to grow in our company. We would like to hear your feedback on how we could have guided you more efficiently, and what training materials you felt were lacking as we do not want future employee to feel the same neglect. A few good apples You move up the line really fast (because they can't hold onto people long term)

Cons

Good apples are over shadowed by everything else. confrontational atmosphere no appreciation for current employees management is disconnected, but insists on micro-management of everything

Currently, we are hosting annual appreciation BBQs, lunches and cake for birthdays, internal newsletters with Employee highlights, incentives, and quarterly team building and learning activities.
