Very hard to communicate internally as manager demands with clear vision.

Cons

24/7 .. 7 am to 12 Pm .. using free tools fro everything.

Pros

A good pathway to green card - prove yourself in one of European offices, get transferred to US to work on-site for one of the clients, get green card in 2 years Friendly co-workers (that's a given considering they all have immigrant background)

Cons

The pay is low relative to the market, but that's expected for such type of a company Pretty atomized environment since mostly you work with the client team, not Akvelon's
