Pros
I have been doing contract work through Akvelon for a few months now, and I was able to find a great position that I really love. I am enjoying the work that I'm doing a lot, and feel like it is both a perfect fit for me and a great opportunity. The salary is high, as well, and even though the job itself is a contract I really feel like Akvelon will take care of me long-term.
Cons
When I first started, some of the communication could have been better. There were forms that needed to be filled out that I was informed of a day or two before their deadlines, emails that never came to me, and a few other minor communication issues. It was always resolved by a phone call before it became a crisis, but having something that should have been into a quick email turn into a distraction has been one of the only real cons.
