Pros

Opportunities for growth. Competitive salary and benefits. Cohesive team environment. Competent and hardworking teams. First-level and Middle management are effective. Good work life balance in most cases. Excellent knowledge base and capability to do great things.

Cons

AkzoNobel is a global company with multiple divisions. Resource allocation is a barrier despite respectable revenues generated. It seems feedback about business needs is being lost at some level of the organization. Despite this, the expectation for growth is high. If you're a highly motivated individual, you might find these aspects frustrating.
