Got to sell cool outdoor/sporting gear and built a solid, tight-knit team I was proud to lead and protect.

Cons

Advocating for employees against unfair treatment was met with yelling, hostility, and immediate retaliation from the owner. Open screaming and unprofessional behavior from the top is routine and never addressed. If you defend your people, you will be targeted.
