Pros

Floor workers were great to work with, creating a great sense of community amongst the "lower level" employees. There were good perks being an employee with deals.

Cons

Busy work schedule over holidays. After giving my availability they still made me work when I had class. Upper management, especially the owner hardly cared about employees

Really fun coworkers, owners, and general manager if you have the right attitude and good integrity. Discounts are incredible, and the work environment is a lot of fun. It is exciting to be part of such an iconic Cache Valley company.

Cons

Middle management can be frustrating when trying to micromanage. The hours during the holidays are demanding, as in any other retail job.

Fun work environment, great co-workers and management. They are great about working with college schedules. Lots of opportunity for internal advancement. Lots of employee activities and perks.

Cons

Busy holiday schedules, as in all retail environments. Lots of mandatory work days for sale events. Even higher ups have to work on the sales floor at times.
