Pros

Good pay, merchandise discounts were excellent. Coworkers were easy to get along with. Flexibility in hours worked.

Cons

Management can be very demanding and at times irrational. Not a good place for timid people who can't stand up for themselves. Business practices felt shady, like a quick buck was better than any long-term customer relationships.

Pros

Working with other "lower level" employees can be fun and rewarding. Pay can be good. Awesome deals for employees if you have worked there for over a year.

Cons

The upper management lacks good communication and interpersonal skills. They can be over demanding, irrational, and they treat the majority of their employees poorly. I was told on multiple occasions to skip school so I could work extra hours during their busier season.

Pros

Really fun coworkers, owners, and general manager if you have the right attitude and good integrity. Discounts are incredible, and the work environment is a lot of fun. It is exciting to be part of such an iconic Cache Valley company.

Cons

Middle management can be frustrating when trying to micromanage. The hours during the holidays are demanding, as in any other retail job.
