The work was fairly easy and mostly didn't have to be on the phones for this position, some coworkers were very nice and easy to get along with, a mini market was added in the breakroom, monthly events that would include catering

Cons

low pay, messy coworkers including supervisors and HR, didn't have an official HR manager until 2 months after starting there, unrealistic goals for meeting daily quota, outdated technology and applications that they don't seem to plan on fixing anytime soon

Alacrity is perfectly positioned in the insurance industry to dominate the market.

Cons

Alacrity does not appreciate and value the employees on the frontline servicing the clients. We are underpaid, and I'm sure that's a common complaint. However making 17.00 per hour keeps the turnover rate constantly soaring. Employee retention is not a concern. Alacrity misses the most important aspect of business. "If you take care of your employees, they will take care of you"
