Good culture, competitive pay

Pros

Good culture that focuses on teamwork. Management does listen to employees. HR seems effective and organized. It’s a smaller company so there’s greater opportunity to interact with upper management. Also I appreciate the flexibility to work from home. It’s not-for-profit and mission-driven in serving the needy.

Cons

Would like the benefit of working while traveling. Some California companies do allow employees to work out of the state up to 30 calendar days a year without tax implications.
