The Alliance needs a better understanding of how healthcare works in our community. To be an effective high quality partner, The Alliance needs to strengthen partnerships with effective providers, aggressively seek out waste and manage the limited pot of $$ with the goal of (1) high quality (2) efficient and effective care, (3) improved patient satisfaction. Like all organizations, the Alliance has silos internally that prevent full transparency of what is happening
