Pros
I've enjoyed the amount of responsibility employees are given after such a short amount of time with the company. You can be involved and contributing to major projects within months. I also appreciate how much the management team wants you to succeed and is willing to take the time to teach you so you can do it on your own the next time.
Cons
Recently there has been really rapid growth, with the team doubling the last two years. There needs to be some additional structure added without losing the flat organization and access to management.
