Pros

Everybody is very friendly, the work life balance is pretty good. There are interesting projects to work on, can be fast paced and interesting.

Cons

Promotions seem to be entirely based on how long you've been with the company, and there is not a lot of feedback from management on performance. Easy place to coast, which is frustrating for those who work hard. Company has been doing a lot of restructuring and budget cuts lately.

Cons

Unorganized finance department. Extremely manual process, minimum automation. And if you're not "in" with the finance "clique" you're doomed.
