      Great Company; Great Program

      Pros

      I joined the Management Development Program because after studying engineering in college, I wanted to figure out how to combine my passion for technology with a growing interest in business, and the MDP seemed like the perfect opportunity to learn and grow as a leader in these areas. Also, after meeting the current MDPS, I realized this would be a group of people who I could challenge in an intellectual discussion, turn to for help during a difficult rotation, or grab a beer with after the work day. This program and company have exceed my expectations!

      Pros

      I have a strong opportunity to develop myself here and make an impact, it's not a micro-managed environment but one where you can truly influence and grow your capabilities. They expect you to self manage and lead versus waiting to be told what to do but at the same time, you have mentors and open communication. 1000% times better than anywhere else I've worked. Our office is incredible with an indoor greenhouse room with plants and special air quality and lighting and music. Not making this up! It's the most relaxing place and I come to the office on the weekends sometimes to use this room.

      Cons

      None for me. Some people may need more structure but if you are creative and ambitious and like to get stuff done, you will love it here.

      Pros

      One of the best company cultures I have experienced. They champion new ideas and contributions from everyone regardless of position. There is a lot of accessibility to management and areas for career growth. The product also has the advantage of being better than any of the competition.

      Cons

      The rate of growth can create gaps in organizational documentation, but this can also be seen as an opportunity for employees who are willing to refill the coffee pot.
