      Pros

      Great product, industry leader. Decent insurance and benefit package.

      Cons

      The once vibrant and magnetic culture is long gone. Everyone is overworked, and there is zero opportunity for career growth. No annual pay increases. The organization does not value their employees, and they are leaving at an alarming rate.

      Pros

      Used to be a better working environment before new management. Nice coworkers

      Cons

      Business is really going downhill due to refusal to innovate and integrate with newer technologies. No change in direction or vision after losing some major clients. Management constantly gaslights employees. Several of my coworkers and myself have been promised more bonus and equity, only to receive PIPs and warnings after we close sales or hit milestones. A lot of great people who've been there for a long time are getting pushed out of the company.

      Results-focused office, arguably the best customer support department in the industry. Playful yet professional environment. Perks from good benefits to staff events to snacks in office help to keep people satisfied in many ways.

      Cons

      Steep learning curve, occasionally intense workload. The company is experiencing some growing pains as it expands into its subsidiaries while also focusing on keeping the core business in mind. Advancement in the company is entirely self-directed with no clear predetermined paths for advancement
