The benefits were the best part about working here.
Cons
The pay was not good for the amount of work. The work was nonstop - it's always very busy. The people who call in are often in a rush and rude. The chances of a decent raise that meets economy standards are very slim to none. HQ laying people off to hire new people with less experience. Also talk a lot about how their culture involves being in the office, when the job can 100% be done from an at home office.
