      Alarm.com is growing quickly-- it's a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a local tech company that is evolving quickly and offers a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Work is very fast-paced and can change priorities quickly but this is very typical of a tech environment.

      Pros

      - supportive and collaborative environment - lots of opposites for movement, they really recognize and reward hard work and dedicated employees - amazing social committee that plan events that you actually want to attend. HR also listens and acts on feedback - You feel like you are apart of the a team and feel involved in the large goals of the company.

      Have yet to come across downsides of working at Alarm.com
