      Poor Upper Middle Managers, Commissions are a Joke - Incorrect - and impossible to track due to lack of transparency, add 2-3-4 peoples work onto you when people quit/leave - they will work you until you break

      Pros

      Managers were always an advocate for my career growth, physical security is an interesting space to work in, patent bonuses, all new employees visit DC for orientation and you can extend your visit to do tourist stuff, excellent WLB

      Cons

      Fair share of bureaucracy, employee AI use policy was frustrating (lots of AI tools “approved” but no real process to get access so most ppl on my team ended up using VS Code w/ Copilot), health insurance is United Healthcare. Most of my cons I think are typical of companies of this size.
