Pros
Great team and co-workers. Fun and great work atmosphere. Helpful team members and managers. Interesting and rewarding projects that actually make an impact on real customers.
Cons
Stingy on pay given the amount of projects a PM has to manage. A typical PM can have more than 6-10 concurrent projects, on top of other daily tasks, meetings, collaborations, partner meetings etc. Yet, the company consistently underpay with no clear structure.
