Pros
Positive work environment, staff are held to high standards, many little perks like free lunches, gift cards for inter-office competitions, beautiful office and a lot of after work happy hours and social events paid for by Alarm.com.
Cons
Some information is cryptic such as when/if we get raises for our annual review. HR says they are there for you to help you grow, but when I applied for a different position within the company, it felt like they were reporting everything I asked to the hiring manager of the other position. I didn't really feel like I could honestly ask what was on my mind.
