Pros

Acceptable flying benefits that are expanding to include some international destinations and other airlines partners.

Cons

Management cares more about telling people what they want to hear than actually caring for people themselves. They put boxed water on board for example to pretend they are green, but when mold comes out of these boxes (which is not as rare as we hope) management can't care less as it's good PR. When people get hurt, no one cares as management is using the worst workers comp company out there with the only goal of saving money while pretending they are taking care of employees. When contract expires, management drags their feet on purpose for 3-4 years and never backpays fairly those who waited that long to get a contract. When you become too expensive, they start actively looking for opportunities to get you and get rid of you.

In-depth and detailed training program for onboarding and on-the-job training; excellent benefits (better than most other airlines); easy-to-follow procedures; access for personal financial and physical and emotional well-being resources.

Cons

limited advancement opportunities unless you are in the Seattle area; smaller locations are limited in advancement; pay is lower than most airlines.
