Pros

-Flight benefits And that's all I have to say but I'm required to type 20 words otherwise I can't post so I'm typing until I reach the minimum word count

Cons

-Dealing with angry customers all the time. -Seniority. As a newbie say goodbye to holidays and don't expect a good schedule. -The leads are lazy at this station. They play favorites. They like to hide in the office when customers ask to speak to the supervisor. They were highly unprofessional, I had leads gossip to me about my co-workers. -Mandatory overtime. 16 hour shifts. -High turnover rate -Overworked and underpaid. Pay is terrible!! -Terrible training. -Rude co-workers. Very unwelcoming to newbies. -Too much drama and gossip. -Need to pass probation otherwise you can get fired for calling out sick or lying on your death bed. I've seen it happen to people!

Pros

Good hard working people make Alaska Airlines what it is today, safety is number 1 and growing in the industry.

Cons

Take care of our mechanics that keep the planes flying safely, we just bought an airline so we have the money, the reason that Alaska Airlines was able to buy another airline is because of the employees currently employed by Alaska.
