      Pros

      Best onboarding experience I've had with any company. 1-on-1 training, frequent check-ins, and great support from leadership. Light to medium workload. Great pay + benefits and great support on how to use those benefits. Glad to see Alaska expanding. Good transparency from upper management especially with recent credit cards changes and Hawaiian merge.

      Cons

      Any issues I'm having are typically outside of the company's control, commute/bus wait times, aging facility, etc. Guest welcoming platform could be better modernized for our Concierge Team.

      With the recent acquisition of HA, Alaska has the potential for a very exciting and lucrative career. Excellent pilot group.

      Cons

      Slow upgrade times but should improve with more planes coming on property.
