Pros

They will probably stay in business during the next recession because they are so good at cutting costs and keeping costs low.

Cons

Don't expect trip flexibility. You may be working to get seniority but you still will not be able to drop trips.

Pros

Amazing maternity leave options. I was able to take leave when I was 18 weeks pregnant, until my baby turned 1 years old. Maintained flight benefits during leave.

Cons

Being on reserve and on-call. They only have bases located on the west coast, so if you don't live at base and you're commuting in, it can be difficult at times with flight loads.
