Excellent Company to Work

Pros

Finally International wide body is coming to AAG. Great contract with excellent pay & benefits since 2022. Overall, a great place to work!

Cons

Not a great company for those pilots that commute from more than a 2-hour drive. They’ve gotten better over the years, but still have a ways to go building commuter friendly trips. Work/Life balance can be a challenge the first 8-9 years. Reserve rules and reserve pilot life still leaves a lot to be desired, even with some recent contractual “improvements”.
