Pros

Standby flights, ability to trade shifts for flexibility

Cons

Was paid below SeaTac's minimum wage due to Union contract. Inconsistent enforcement of policies, and inner-warehouse politics caused far more headaches than a job like this ever should.

Pros

Challenges and learning never stops.

Cons

Politics, politics, politics. Management wants to get work done quick without providing proper resources. Employees are overworked with not so great pay. Management does not value hard work and sacrifices. Culture is toxic.

Pros

Free Flight Benefits. But they are restricted and not easy to get. Strong Union.

Cons

Existing employees are cold & unwelcoming. Most employees at the counter have been doing the same thing for too long and are vocal about their criticism of the company. Depressing, especially for a new employee. Employees are protected by a union but they abuse the privilege & try to use it to fight management.
