Pros

There’s pros to working here? If you find them, let me know

Cons

Management is vile. You’re not allowed to make decisions for yourself without fear of being reprimanded or threatened with termination. Impossible to take any form of medical leave or personal time off. Work groups are constantly pitted against each other and we have such a toxic company culture that no one wants to talk candidly about. Our CEO is arguably one of the most useless human beings I’ve ever met in any job. Our team morale is at its lowest point given inadequate wages and work rules. AFA continues to gaslight us through our negotiations and we are tired of the lies and deceit.

Pros

Flight benefits, 401k, health insurance, comping OT to vacation

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work you do, no flexibility; everything is seniority based so getting a good schedule can take you 2 years to get, expect to go to a lead for everything because management will rarely respond to you. Not many good union reps. Lots of favoritism
