Pros

Lots of great people to work with and lots of opportunities to grow. Like my title, you get to build your resume here. After getting the right experiences, you can start to pursue bigger and better things outside the company.

Cons

It can be tough to work here if you have innovative ideas. Alaska is behind when it comes to technology and thinking out of the box. Senior Leaders can be stuck in their ways and the divisions are very siloed. If you are the type that likes to get things going and done, then this can be a difficult place for you. Additionally, the training process with Alaska Airlines is virtually nonexistent for Management. You'll just have to learn as you go.
