The tours travel through beautiful areas and the views are always fresh and new. great coworkers, housing opportunities are tailored towards younger people(dorm style/large shared kitchen)
Cons
does not pay enough compared to other companies in the area, tips are dependent on the demographic of guests, kitchen is usually a mess
The job is a lot of fun. It is fun to entertain the guests. They train you beforehand and help you get your CDL class B. Perfect for a college student who can only work during the summer. Constant beautiful scenery. You are being paid to be on vacation.
After 2 years working for the company there are cruise benefits.
Cons
You don't know what you are doing until the afternoon before. The management doesn't always care how many hours you want to work. They just give the tours to those with the most available hours. They have favorites.
